Well, this has been on the to-do list for a while. Considering the recent television series, now seems as good a time as any to finally get around to reviewing The Evil Dead. Though, there's not all (blog post) that much to say really. It's an extremely simple film with a very low budget from horror movie then independent filmmaker Sam Raimi. Then again, it took the home video market by storm upon release, so perhaps there is more to it than it seems?
